The Kalamazoo State Theatre is joining forces with Chef Andrew of WMU Dining Services to participate in the 2023 Downtown Kalamazoo Chili Cook-Off. We will be bringing a spin on brisket chili to the event. You won’t want to miss it.
Included in the activities will be LIVE MUSIC from none other than Matthew Borr!
Downtown Kalamazoo’s Annual Chili Cook-Off is a FREE community event from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on January 28.
For 18 years, this annual tradition has been a community-favorite event to explore downtown, sample chili recipes, and visit new and familiar stores and restaurants.
Don’t forget to purchase this year’s commemorative spoon. It’s good for the environment and helps support events just like this!
