County Music pioneer Dwight Yoakam will be returning to the historic Kalamazoo State Theatre on January 19th, 2018. Dwight Yoakam has recorded more than 20 albums, charted numerous singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, sold more than 25 million records, and has won several awards for his celebrated work in country music.
See Dwight Yoakam perform his classic hits such as “Guitars, Cadillacs” and “A Thousand Miles from Nowhere” to tunes from his latest album “Swimmin’ Pools, Movie Stars…” released in 2016. Yoakam has been rocking the charts for over 30 years with no signs of slowing down.
Dynamic duo, Walker County, will be joining Dwight Yoakam this January 18th. Walker County got their start in 2007 street performing in Nashville. Now, 10 years later, Walker County is touring the U.S and making a name for themselves. Walker County blends a great mix of country, rock, southern rock, pop and soul to make for a very entertaining show.
