The title of Buddy Guy’s latest album says it all: ‘The Blues Is Alive and Well’. The legendary blues artist’s eighteenth solo LP and follow-up to 2015’s ‘Born to Play Guitar’ showcases his raw and unadulterated sound, its fifteen tracks a true pleasure for aficionados and genre newcomers alike.
Tom Hambridge is a three-time Grammy winning producer who has worked with B.B. King, Gregg Allman, Buddy Guy, Susan Tedeschi, Chuck Berry, Johnny Winter and Delbert McClinton, to name a few.
As a songwriter, Tom has had over 500 of his songs recorded by such diverse artists such as Eric Clapton, ZZ Top, B.B. King, Joe Bonamassa, Buddy Guy, Jonny Lang, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and many more. As a solo artist he has released six critically acclaimed albums.
